This area of outstanding natural beauty with its ancient iconic chimney stack is
a very popular site with local residents and visitors to the area. There are numerous
plants that are unique to the site along with some small, rare, invertebrates who
inhabit the grass and heath covered landscape.
The photos below give a taste of the stunning natural beauty of the area that is
located only three miles from the centre of the City of Bristol.
There is an active Friends of Troopers Hill group.
